The Tri-City team was nothing short of fabulous. They started drying the
house out before we got there. Over the next months, they gutted the
kitchen, dining room, most of the carpeting, and the entire basement
down to the studs. It took the furnace company two weeks and more than

I’m just totally in shock, awe, and amazement. Shock because of how gross my floors were, awe and amazement because they look totally new now. The Sunny –D stain that has been in my carpet pretty much since the first month we lived there (6 years ago), despite my efforts and carpet cleaner, is totally gone. THANK YOU SO MUCH to your guys who did a great job! My apologies again for the misunderstanding on the bedrooms. I am usually not this flighty about things, it’s just been crazy around my house for the past year and things have fallen apart some. I will be certain to make sure we’re ready for them as soon as possible. I feel like I have a brand new house. We had our carpets and upholstery cleaned and as usual, we were very happy with the results and with the professional manner of your personnel. The next week we had a major spill, I called you folks and you came out and took care of the stain. A week after that, without my calling, Tom stopped by again to make sure that stain was still taken care of. Tom Rapes was very professional and friendly, and obviously went above & beyond what is expected of him.
